Made this beauty yesterday. First time trying 90 second bread. I don't care for it in sandwich format, but perhaps buttered on the side of a meal? I don't know. It was nice to have chicken salad outside of a bowl though.

Looks great! Did you find it was too dense?

Magdalena, here is another low carb bread that I use. It takes longer than 90 seconds but is only 2g carbs per serving. https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-low-carb-bread

Mom2 - Yes, it was far too dense for me. HCB - I'm actually trying to gain a few lbs in muscle now. I'm now considered underweight. :/ Ed - That link seems incomplete as it doesn't bring me to a bread recipe.

Makes 6-8 Servings - 2g carbohydrate a piece. I store them in the fridge. 1¼ cups almond flour 5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1¼ cups boiling water 3 egg whites Sesame seeds (optional, I don't use them) Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Bring the water to a boil and add it, the vinegar and egg whites to the bowl, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Don’t over mix the dough, the consistency should resemble Play-Doh. Moisten hands and form dough into 4 or 8 pieces of bread. You can also make hot dog or hamburger buns. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake on lower rack in oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread. They’re done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun. Serve with butter and toppings of your choice. Store the bread in the fridge or freezer.

Thanks! The only thing I don't keep on hand is psyllium husk. I'll have to order some since none of the brick and mortar stores in my area carry it.
