7 pounds down, whoop whooop! I'm excited! I'm still struggling with eating enough during the day so that I don't have so much I have to have at night, but all I can do is keep trying to find what works. I think a lot of it is that I "have" to have a snack at night, so I "save" calories for that snack unconsciously. Anyway, onward I go.
I set small goals so that I'm not so overwhelmed by wanting to lose 100 pounds, so now that I'm 233, my next goal is to hit the 220s. Then it will be the 2-teens, then 200-210, then 190s, etc. I think I will set little rewards for myself along the way, like getting my nails done, buying a new book, just small things that I like and that AREN'T food!
