I would try smaller meals more frequently, really watch the sodium intake, 100 oz or more of water a day. If you do eat a good amount of sodium then compensate with extra water. I don't know if the Knorr Veggie Soup has a lot of sodium or not. Also, try eating lean meat (unless you are a vegetarian then do tofu) along with your carbs. For some reason that's been helping me. Just my input! I hope the scale is friendlier to you soon!!

thanks opera really appreciate it you know I don't drink any water any more ! Im just on my t.o.t.m. week and this makes me crazy for sweet stuff! thanks again x laney ps never really thought about the sodium intake will check my input !!!
