Tried my first batch of cloud bread yesterday. It was alright. It tasted a lot like bread. It had the chewy factor of bread. It was just extremely light and didn't have the satisfaction of bread. Let's face it, it's basically a meringue a heart. I'm going to give it a bit more time to see if I can get use to it,

Have you tried the "soul bread"? I have not but it gets rave reviews online. I am not as handy as some with the "experimenting"! Now, if YOU want to try it and let us know....lol

I made it once and remember thinking it was OK, but I guess not THAT attractive as I didn't make it again. I don't really care that I'm not eating bread and am quite happy wrapping deli meat or chicken salad in lettuce with any condiments in the center of the roll.

My friend told me about this one, and said it is good. It looks good! I will try it sometime soon, as it is wheat free. Soul bread is next on the list. I miss my grilled cheese sandwiches. Need to look into the psyllium flax bread. That looks like a strong contender, too.
