I am realizing after trying to do the Induction part of Atkins since 01/01/10 that I am still eating too much and I am eating nuts which are not a part of Induction phase. I am chewing gum at least 4 times a day especially when I am at work to take my mind off sweets and carbs.

OK..only have today to go by, but here are some things that I see missing. 1) You need veggies. 12-15 NET carbs should be from veggies 2) Rice? Absolutely not. Not allowed until the grains rung of OWL. 3) More calories needed 4) More fat needed The fat is what will make you full and kill the cravings. I am still learning my way on this site. I had vegetables with the egg but I am still not sure that I am doing things correctly. Thank you for the help. I am still not sure how I measure my carbs in vegetables when I do not eat 1/2 cup of each.
