Jesus is AMAZING. He holds all things together including every fiber of my being. Which is demonstrated in the fact that I LOST half a pound yesterday. haha -- I didn't follow the diet at all! - Boston Market for lunch, cookie at work, two helpings of this really great taco soup our mentors made, another cookie... haha. I was amazed to see that I hadn't gained two pounds! :) But the Lord doesn't demand perfection from us but a heart that loves him and desires his will to be done. He enables the work to be done. :) I'm in the 137 range..! :)) woo hoo!! For some reason that feels like a mile marker. Maybe because that is what I weighed in my slimmer college days. :)
I build muscle really quickly so I have been waiting to include workouts to let my body just feed on the fat for a while instead of turning it all into muscle. I think when we get back from holidays Ill start the running... or maybe during? It's easier to start when you are just sitting around your parents house with no 8 hour work days. Then I'm invested and will continue through to next year.. Yeah that is probably the better plan :)
