My Krav Maga class has moved to a new venue this year and last night was my first class in the new venue. I was supper enthusiastic and walked from work (25 minutes in snow and freezing temperatures) . After my ‘ladies class’ I wasn’t that tired and got asked if I was going to stay for the next class, so I did. The second class included doing 100 squats and 50 push ups and a lot of star jumps as well as the usual drills. The when I finished I was going to get a bus home but the next one wasn’t for another 15 minutes so I walked up to the main road and caught the bus home from there. I wasn’t too smart with dinner, getting chips on the way home but I spent half an hour doing housework once I’d eaten.
I’m a little sore today but am now considering doing both classes every week. It’ll probably kill me for the first month but will be worth it in the long run and will improve my skills.
