Oh salt: you taste so good but you totally screw up my weight loss chart! I got stuck at work debugging an issue last night and ended up having dinner there. I grabbed some turkey breast and salad and realized after my first bite it was a mistake – way too much salt. Anyhow, with nothing else to eat I went ahead and ate it anyway – and spent the rest of the night drinking water. With any luck it will pass through my system and I will record a big drop tomorrow.
