I have to be honest with you all--I got complacent the last two weeks and at one point gained back 5 pounds. Am back down now to within 18 lbs of my goal and I am resolving to stick it out until I get there. Joined a challenge and created my own, they both start tomorrow, I find they are so helpful. I have to remember that this is a lifestyle change. I will never be able to eat carbs like some people can without seeing bad effects!
