Thought for today - If you continue to do what you have always done, you'll continue to have what you've always had.

New day, new month (funny how we always seem to start on the first of something.) I'm looking at an official six month goal, losing some serious weight in time for vacation in June. Pretty sure I said that last year but I never did go on that vacation...

Getting started is the hardest part. I know once I get going I
ll feel better and that is motivating. Gain lose, gain lose gain lose - I'm back where I started a year and a half ago. In fact I'm at the same weight I was 6 and a half years ago. Ten pounds more than 10 yrs ago. This isn't a battle, it's a war.
