I overslept, my voice is gone, my throat still hurts, I'm exhausted, it's raining....Monday. And on top of that, I can't go to Swing, I'll start coughing if I exert myself and I'm already coughing anyway.
Just gonna have to take advantage of my additional day off from swinging (though I'd rather swing than cough) and get to work early so I can leave early.
Have my food ready for today: Breakfast is yogurt-raspberries-protein powder-maca-cocoa for breakfast...may add coconut milk and blend for a drink instead so it's not so thick in my throat. Lunch is salad with red pepper-tomato-carrot-celery-chick peas-tomato basil feta-bacon-ham-light dijon mustard dressing. Odd combo, but had it last week...decent. Dinner has yet to be determined. I still have homemade chicken noodle soup. So that could be tonight and tomorrow night.
I will try to do a workout of some sort when I get home. I do have a few things that could be done here.
