It's been quite a while since I logged on this site. I went down to 107 in Aug 2011. I was jogging/walking everyday, twice per day over the summer. I kept my caloric intake pretty low. I LOVED my new size. Then work started and I used that an excuse to stop exercising. I've gained 8 lbs back since I stopped exercising. I also increased my food intake. Gah!!!
I'm going to attempt to get back on track. I really liked how I felt at 107 :)
