I've been having a good workout the past 4 nights...sweat and movement have been great. My muscles are sore and I feel energetic (at least a little bit more than usual) ♪♫♪ I'm going to start Jillian's 30 day shred video tonight, I watched it last night to prep for the workout...It looks good! And she is so positive and cheery the whole way through, I love it! Now I just need to train my mouth and eyes to see food as fuel not pleasure!!! Wish me luck... I think that when I am done in 30 days with her video, I'm treating myself to a new workout video plus a full body massage! Good Luck every one, and keep up the good work <3 Ely
