Weighed in again since Wednesday and I've lost another 3lbs taking me to 10lbs since last Saturday. Not fallen off the wagon on this diet. Loving the food & even went out for a meal & stuck to it. Had stuffed mushrooms to start & a bacon double cheeseburger with salad, coleslaw & peppers just minus the bun. Will weigh in again Wednesday.
