Hi there, everybody... today I started to reduce the carbohydrates to see exactly which is the best option for me in losing weight.Eating more proteins and less carbs, or eat with moderation the carbs,etc... In my country, people think that if they don't eat at all or just a little, that its fine in losing weight. Its not good at all, by eating we are losing weight, not by starving... this way we keep a good health :).

Thx dear, when I was dieting long time ago, I was eating lots of salads and I love them, I lost weight quickly... but I want to change now,to try different things.
