I was sick with floo this week, so i had to cancel my appointment with the sauna ... that was really a shame, i also did nothing serious about keeping my diet going. I just ate when i needed to, and then i took what was neerest... I dreamed that i gained 5 kilo's, and in my mind it well could be... Today to my great surprice i lost nor gained anything! Still a bit wobbly on the legs, but with renewed passion and motivation i start my diet again today!
