It has been a rough two years for me, I was going along so well and then I hurt my knee and that was the beginning of the end. In these two years all the weight that I had worked so hard to lose all went back on. I have righted the ship and have got back on course. I put today as my starting day but I have actually been losing for the last four weeks,24lbs to be exact.
