WOO HOO! I can't believe I'm celebrating a gain, but I had a few bites of cake and some pizza last night to celebrate YET ANOTHER BIRTHDAY (uugghh - I think the world is out to get me right when I'm trying to be SO GOOD!!!) and I was so happy I wasn't up a full pound. Salads and exercise for me for the rest of the day!! I feel like I got away with something & hope it doesn't creep up on me tomorrow....
