Holy crap I was bad all weekend, did not record a thing because my eating was so out of wack. It wasn't that I ate alot of bad food, just too much food at the wrong times. Although I did have a slip up on Friday night and munched on way too many homemade chocolate chip cookies. Damn I felt like crap after I did that and I realy paid dearly for it on Saturday morning. At least now I will think twice before doing it again. On a brighter note I was out and about... shopping was both painful and pleasurable at the same time.. I was able to get the book that a friend of mine wrote, she had a book signing at the store.. It is a great book too (that was saturday).. Sunday I finally found my purse I wanted! That was another bonus. Other then that.. this is a new week.. new challenges set for myself.. deperately trying to lose these last 5lbs.. have to start drinking my water again (been really slacking on it)... thinking before I just open my mouth and fill it.. keep busy.. and come this weekend start cooking some vegan recipes that I have looked up on the internet, which should be very interesting considering I do not cook. BUT going to give it a try... Happy Halloween all... watch out for the ghost and goblins, vampires and witches...
