So I took the advice of all of you guys, I have gotten a membership at a private gym, where I will be getting one on one training to help lose my weight in a healthy fashion!!! But tommorow I start my 15 day water fast to detox my body, it was said to be helpful to some, so I'm willing to give it a try. I just hate feeling guilty of eating food.... I think about it a lot, but I know that it's my control. Once I get to my goal weight, I'm going to set another goal for 100lbs. I really need support in this, I just can't gain any weight... I love hearing your guys comments and feedback, Bc I look at those as a huge consideration for my progress. I couldn't of been doing this alone, and I thank you all for that! I'm just sick of looking in the mirror full of disappointment. I want to see more bone, well Bc we all have them... I feel bones are beautiful and I'm trying to embrace everyone of them as they come. Thank you all!

For a Woman 5'7" The "Ideal" weight varies based on Skeletal Frame Size. These numbers are for the average woman at low 20's in Body Fat %. Small Frame: 130lbs, Medium Frame: 139lbs, Large Frame: 147lbs. Because someone is already skinny or extra large, does not automatically indicate frame size, you can measure wrist bones to get this number. Dropping down to 100lbs would see a loss of monthly menstrual cycles, which is very common for cross country runners. This is not a bonus.....just a sign that your body is shutting down to preserve the basic functions of life itself.

Yeah, I feel like we need to be more vigilant as a community and start paying more attention. It's really easy to go around cheering people on, but in cases like this we are possibly cheering on their death from an eating disorder. If you go and read her journals it's plain as day that she is sick. She even talks about having an eating disorder on more than one occasion. What's really unfortunate is when we cheer on weight loss goals of sick people like this it kind of reinforces that what they see when they look in the mirror is real and that they really do need to lose weight. I'm glad that others are speaking up too now about this issue. I was worried for a minute lastnight that I was going to be perceived as a catty nosey bitch for saying what I said, but I felt it needed to be said. I would rather take a chance and have someone be upset with me than stay silent and watch someone literally starve to death. We owe it to eachother to look after one another. I want us all to make it. 💗

Agreed with Christinemeowk. We need to speak up and help others in the community. You are not a bitch at all. Sometimes people who are not well and are sick need to hear the blunt truth. My sister is a recovering addict. I remember I was the only one in my family that had to stare at her in the face and say. "One day you may over dose and die. Or end up with cancer sick in a bed and I will be like..I told you so." Soon enough it got to my sisters head and she is a year clean now. But in situations like this you can be soft with someone who is sick or has a disorder. You need to be firm and tell the truth.

Agreed..."Cheerleading" is great....but only when warranted. Eating disorders go both ways...those that under eat and are looking for support and affirmation that they are doing something great being "in control", and at the other end of the spectrum you have people that over eat and are looking for affirmation that they've tried everything and are just meant to be overweight, but yet their food logs show 6 cans of Coke a day. So be mindful when supporting someone's efforts, make sure it's justified.

I try not to give a lot of unasked for advice, but please, please, please talk to a professional before you lose any more weight. If you don't want to go to a therapist, then maybe you could see a nutritionist.

I am not sure who is giving you support to continue to lose weight, but they need to stop if they have genuine concern for you. Comment after comment to you show tat many of us do have real compassion for you and find your goals to be harmful and unreasonable. Ultimately this is about you in your journey to self acceptance. I fear for you and I find it escalates each time you check in and push yourself into more dangerous territory. Not sure what you are hearing and taking in from folks on this site but sure wish you will hear this.
