Although yesterday was not one of my better days the scale did cheer me up! I also had an idea in my head and it worked out! I took my lactose reduced yogurt plain added some zesty seasoning and made some dip! It tasted so good and allowed me to munch on celery instead of chips! So today marks exactly 7 days to reach the 130 mark! However if I can see 129 that would be even more fantastic! I don't believe I will be 40 in 7 days! And a slender me by christmas!! Like a good book I just want to keep reading and turning the pages to see how it all ends! Have a great Sunday ppl. :)
