Fitbit question. I'm in japan and on average I'm walk twice as many steps as my goal and twice as many flights as my goal (I set it to 25 instead of 10). You would think that I would burn, maybe not twice as many cause that would be a lot) but at least a significant amount. I feel like the difference of 200-400 calories is not much for ~ 4 miles of consistent exercise? What's the consensus? Maybe I'm just not really accounting for the normal number of calories people burn in a day just from living.
