So this week I added back in the Atkins bars (one a day) which I have not ate in weeks. I bought them because I got an awesome deal on Amazon.com. But sadly my weight has been a reallllllllly slow loss all week. Oh, well they are nice to keep on hand every once in a while for a treat!!!
