soo i tried to do the Zuma and while my arms were flailing around as if by magic and i tried to keep in step with the beginner mode, it suddenly dawned on me that, i looked like a complete and utter arse, although there was only the husband in the room, i still wanted the ground to swallow me whole. I will continue with the running and the Zumba. Found a new mantra and that is "i will get a whole new waldrobe for xmas" and i dont mean the wooden kind. Repeat as often as possible to keep me motivated! today was a good good day :)
