Well I'm at 244 lbs. This is the lowest weight I've been since I started using Fatsecret. I'm eating healthy, taking a multivitamin everyday, drinking at least 67.6 oz of water a day, and staying moderately active everyday and it seems to be working. Work in progress continues.

Keep up with the water! I have heard on documentaries that drinking water first thing in the morning helps you flush out toxins, and helps you drink more water, so I've started bringing a full 1 liter bottle upstairs with me at night, leaving on my nightstand and then first thing in the am, I use the RR, weigh myself, then start guzzling. I have found that it helps keep the hungry growls away for a little while and I have definitely felt more hydrated. I used to not sweat much when I exercised, now I'm sweating like a normal person. Feeling better and working on dropping this weight. Keep doing what you're doing!
