Traveling again this weekend. Going to do my best to track and keep going even with unpredictable schedule. My BIL is doing the Oklahoma half marathon. hopefully I can walk around alot while we are waiting to cheer for him. I love the kids marathon. the kids do 1 mile 25 times with school or parental supervision. On race day they run 1.2 miles to get their marathon medal!

I have changed up my workouts - I am definately seeing some new changes in my arms! Looking forward to more changes in that lower body - my worst area.

I signed up for the Precision Nutrition certification program. Super excited to take this program. Hope to be able to help others with this nutrition coaching program.
