End of week one on Phase II and I'm down 12...3 more weeks on Phase II... Hopefully the total will be 30 by month's end. If not another round of phase 2 but if I do SECOND ROUND of P2, instead of injections I am going to try the sublingual drops. I have always done the injections but the drops are much cheaper. It should be interesting to see if there will be a difference.
So far so good on this round. HCG never fails. This time as opposed to others I am working out with the program, burning off what I eat during the day on the treadmill and come home and eat another 100 grams of protein only, also making sure to take my vitamins and drink a gallon of water a day. The last two days I removed the melba toast and fruits to scale back even more carbs. I love seeing the keto sticks turn purple everyday!
I am feeling pretty good, energy is good, self esteem is good and because I am exercising I get to eat a little more. :)
