No cravings. That's what was great about today. Missed my workout but I did some serious running around that made up for it. And the stress I endured probably caused me to drop a couple of lbs:) I can only Hope. Back to 12 hr shift Sat./Sun. I fixed some pork loin wrapped in bacon and a roasted chicken for my meals. I'll throw in some low carb side and keep the count under. Looking forward to Monday's weigh in day. Got my eye on a cute skirt and top outfit I want to wear this summer. Mood: Happy!
