Peeked at the scale this morning..... 176.4!!!!!!! I'm so encouraged! The weight is coming off and the Keto stick was dark purple for the first time!!!! LCHF, Keto and the No Sugar/ No Flour is working!!! I'm trying to eat organic, grassfed, free range and filtered water. Taking my supplements and holding myself in check with the calorie count. Joined a gym with racquetball courts:) Should be entertaining seeing me get chased and whacked upside the head with that tiny tiney ball. lol Very long, emotionally draining day but handled.
