Worked 8 hrs. Prepping food helped me stay on track- at work. Did I really need the 1/2 Avocado after dinner? I was so full- probably not. Evil Avocado. NO no no it's not the Avocado's fault. Think 1. You were to hungry when you got home, 2. If it's not planned food get it out of sight! 3. Eat s l o w e r so your body knows it's not starving!!! because you not starving:/ Remember you have enough body fat to survive possibly 6 months ( well maybe not "6" months. Your done. Tomorrow is a new day:) Plan the other 1/2 Avocado in the menu please. I love you body, mind and soul:) Talk to you tomorrow.
