Uggggghhhhh, I've gained a pound. I feel thinner, but the scale doesn't show it. I've kept daily calories at under 1500...usually around 1200/1300. Maybe that's not enough? I know I need to pay closer attention to lowering sodium...it's always over 2000-3000/day, which is too much. Maybe 5 days of water aerobics and now switching to treadmill, elliptical n bike have added some muscle???? Not sure, but need to make sure the scale doesn't continue in this direction! I've still got 151 pounds to lose.
