I want Chocolate Milk. With Vitamin D Whole Milk and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. 1 8oz glass, with the amount of Chocolate that I like in my milk is 58 carbs! I talked myself out of it last night. I'm getting better at resisting my temptations. But oh man! I am craving it.

No substitute is going to suffice this one.

Whip heavy cream into whipped cream. Add stevia for sweet. Add unsweetened cocoa powder. A lot. Whip all together. Freeze for about 20 min. Frozen extra chocolate moussy lo carb goodness????Dunno...it's saved me in a few awful pinches ...

That sounds amazing! Could even be used as an afternoon snack to suffice my chocolate cravings. Woot!

Great option lotus...I'm going to try that too! Also Cyan, if you're up for it, chocolate milk is often used by some athletes as a recovery drink after a heavy workout to replenish their glycogen stores. You're not going to get any fat burning benefit from the workout but you aren't going to get a gain either. I see you're not on a low carb diet, so that might be a work-around to your chocolate milk craving...just not ideal for weight loss.

Maybe try a decent chocolate protein powder mixed with almond milk? Won't taste exactly like whole milk and chocolate syrup, but tastes pretty good with limited carbs.
