Had a good workout this morning. Man how I love going to the gym early in the morning. I have always been a morning person, and this just makes my day get off to a wonderful start. So, I'm starting the lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks challenge today. I don't know if I am going to be successful with it, but I am going to try my hardest. 5, 10, 15, or 20 lbs. is going to be awesome. No matter what happens, a loss will be a win. I have been on a good trend lately, and I really don't want to stop it. So every little bit helps. It's Wednesday, a nice hump day as you will. So, everyone have a great day. And keep up the awesome work all you FS people. You are the best group around.
