Welllll I probably should have given it a day or two to weigh in, definitely puffy from my TOM and also all the fun sugary food and beverages consumed for my birthday. Gonna pull back on the indulging for a while now. My fiance gave me added incentive for weight loss too. He knows how much I have wanted a dog, and he says when I can reach the goal of 135 we can get a dog. I think thats a pretty good goal, right around 30 pounds. I'm nervous though because my lowest weight I was able to get down to was 143. At that point it felt almost impossible to get past. But this gives me a goal to work towards, and make me want to work harder towards the goals that I set.
I also will be running a 10k in May, and I am also going to get my Pilates training certification at the end of April, so I am looking forward to that. Even if teaching doesn't necessarily work out, at least I will know how to properly use the reformers so I can get good workouts in!
