Yesterday was MUCH better than any day of the weekend. For the most part I stayed on track. Went a little crazy with the cinnamon discs last night. But...still better than any of the few days before.
So I'm trying something new today. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk in my coffee this morning. I am a sucker for French Vanilla Creamer, and since the carbs in that stuff is out of this world, I am still looking for something that is sufficient enough to replace it. I haven't been drinking regular coffee creamer for quite some time, and the sugar free stuff is just...well...less than acceptable. So I am trying this new stuff...will let you know how I like it in the next couple of days, but its not looking very positive so far.
