learning interesting stuff about "starvation mode". basically, the vast majority of people do not have to even think about it. only in Extremely rare circumstances does i affect actual metabolism or weight. even then, the affect is negligable.

the lesson i learned, if someone is trying to tell others that starvation mode (too little calories) is hindering they're progress....then it's time to stop taking advice from that person.

nothing beats counting calories and creating energy and calorie defecits. thermogenesis. being mindful and having sensible portions doesn't work. we have to weigh, track and measure at all times in order to achieve.
