Slow and easy wins the race.
I wasn't able to get day number 3 in the gym this week. But that is ok. Tomorrow is a new day, though I have a drive day tomorrow. I am thinking that when I get back in town, after the drop off, going to the gym to treadmill for a bit so I can stretch my legs out. Even if it is just for a half hour. Something is everything.
Did a LOT of sorting, cleaning, moving around of furniture, etc. yesterday. Cooler weather is coming and since I still have yet to get things where I want them from my move last year, well Fall Cleaning it is. Two bags of clothes set for donation, several bags of old papers and such for trash. Three of the five rooms (six if you include the storage room) done yesterday. Need to get things set because I want to paint this winter when there isn't anything to do outside.
Took Karma out today for a nice play session. He isn't able to handle what he used to but it was fun anyway and he is wore out. He is a puppy locked in a middle aged dog. He will be 8 on Halloween.
