today was weird. I woke up and weighed at 154.6, went back to bed, woke up a few hours later greeted by my current weight. I know it's obsessive :( my anxiety it is creeping back and this is making stuff more real. I just need the will power to cut the unnecessary calories and make better choices again. sometimes I wish could make the number disappear and just focus on how my body looks and watch it improve.
