The fun is beginning.......I"m really seeing the difference in the mirror, and I'm having to get rid of my size 18 pants, and the new 16's are getting a bit loose! Bought two pair of 14's to get me through fall. If there is anyone in NW Oregon who needs some clothes, I'll gladly give them to another 'loser' who is in process. I forgot to keep my largest pair for the final before and after photo, but I'll keep one pair of 18's just for that purpose.
I'll post a before photo and an in-process photo soon.
