Happy weekend! Even though it was a short week, it was fairly busy. I did manage to get in a swim last night. Honestly, it was terrible as far as performance, but it was hot outside and the pool is a refuge from the heat and humidity.
No walk last night, but did get in a row, #102, a decent 10 minute hard session. Where am I going with that, well, we’re gonna go for 150 first, then maybe a year. I think i do get to pick a reward, and it’s new trail shoes because the walking ones I got for my birthday are too slick for the trails, so seems like a good choice.
Blob way down, muscle up, good.
Time to get on with it. Going to be another hot day, need to get stuff done. I think there’s a skeleton that needs to get dusted off… or maybe the dust will add something extra?
