Ok, here I am again! I have had a crazy couple of months and really fell off the wagon. Biggest change - I lost my job a couple of weeks ago! Now that I have had time to freak out, be depressed and just digest the situation, I am ready to get back to it. Now I really have no excuses to not exercise! :) I feel really "fragile", but am just going to do the best I can each day and try not to think about the bigger picture and how far I have to go.
