My hubs hit me with his best shot from out of nowhere with this song today. He asked me to listen to Miley Cyrus When I Look At You. When I was done listening I was overwhelmed because the lyrics are beautiful and I never expected that. It's also a great self-inspiration song.

I made a chicken Normandy rice casserole. It serves 6 so we can eat it again tomorrow or I can freeze it. Turned out very well as a great lunch today. The Normandy blend is from Birdseye brand and has carrots, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, and cauliflower.
