TeeHeeHee!! OK, I weighted myself. Down 2 more lbs! So that makes 7 lbs. since the 20th and an inch in my waist.
I am SO fortunate to be able to train with the tri-state's best personal trainer as voted by City Beat magazine last year. Didn't know that when I signed up, but this is just what I wanted and why.
Had no idea the people who go there would be SO wonderful. Joe says he's never seen a gym like what he has here, the community it creates is like no other. :-)
So before I head over there, here's what I know...
Breakfast - plain, non=fat, greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder, ground flaxseed, almonds and organic raspberries.
Lunch - veggie soup with quinoa/spinach/parmesan meatballs.
Dinner - this week's mexican dish I will be cooking up.
