Jornal de Tamielyn, 11 set 11

Wow, I can't believe it, Iam only 3lbs away from my goal! It's been a hard journey but I am almost there. This week though has been a challenge. I haven't recorded my food or exercise this whole week. It's not that I don't want to, I'm just a lot more busy than I use to be. I have started my internship and while I love it, it is keeping me on my toes. I am going to try and do better this week but it's ok if I have a little off time because with the internship, kids, a husband, and everything else that comes along with life it is all keeping me busy. I am debating on one thing though. My goal that I set for myself was 175 but my doctor who put me on my diabetic medicine wants me to be around 150. I am already a size 12 and I'm not sure how much more I want to lose. I don't have the smallest bone structure so I don't want to look like a skeleton if I lose too much more but I do want to get off the medicine. So I am going to slowly but progressively work towards the 150 and if I start to feel like I am losing too much then I will slow down. I may not get to where she exactly wants me to be but coming from 248lbs I think that I have done pretty good. I just hope that after all of my hard work that my body is getting to a point to where I don't need the diabetic medicine because despite the weight loss that was my ultimate goal.
