ok so weighed myself after yesterday and what a delightful surprise. I am being really mindful of what I eat. Yesterday 2 small cobs with turkey and a hello fresh meal. I never nor will I ever, count my cups of teas. Sometimes you just need something to keep you going and tea is mine.
