Well I overdid it yesterday I have tile floors and I stood up on it way too long and my back is killing me today I hope to get it under controll because I want to use the treadmill after while. I usually wear a pair of sketchers that are really padded there even a flip flop type sandle but I bought a cheaper lightly padded flip flop (saving money) and it just wasn't enough for standing a long time.
I was in the kitchen so long because I made fat bombs and boiled chicken scraps to make chicken broth and it had more meat on it than I thought So I couldn't waste it so I spent the time taking it off. I'll use the meat some dish I don't know what. I wanted the broth to go in a soup I want to make later today. I didn't want canned broth. I did ok with eating yesterday but could probably used more exercise.
I will stick with my WOE today because I know I can one of the reasons I know I can is because my DH opened Girl Scout Cookies last night and I didn't have any and their not even calling me.
I can do this because I want this and I'll do it one day at a time.
