Has FS updated the app? Recently, everything quit working right and now it's infuriating. Some of the foods I used to log regularly are just gone for no apparent reason, and accessing the recently eaten and most eaten sections requires a wait of a couple of minutes - if it loads at all.
When I try to read through the news feed or whatever it's called, it constantly refreshes and I lose my place.
I'm a premium member, seriously considering changing apps, which is a shame because I have over a year's data here.

And they keep telling me I have access to a new learning center, but when I click it never works and that's been happening for weeks.

All of the diet sites I am a member of are doing similar things right now. Not sure why. Maybe you should ask the techs on here.

The app slows down or freezes on me in the way you describe—sometimes. I usually just wait a day for it to unfreeze and function normally again. It seems that these are regular but temporary glitches.

I turn the computer off and then start over. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Good luck.

I know it doesn't work on my iPad anymore, because it's a 1st gen with IOS 12.5.7. A lot of apps are quitting on my iPad. :( FS does work on my phone, which is a 2nd gen SE. I prefer to go into FS online, because it's easier for me to see everything. Glad they still have the online version.

I have the same issue with my upstairs iPad. It is old and I mainly use it at night to catchup with reading articles I have saved. It works great but it is out of memory. I already gave one to the little kids down the way from me and now I guess I will do the same with this one. Programs are just requiring so many more “bytes”. I don’t use my phone for anything but —- a phone

yes, they did an update. When I got on my tablet, the widget was gone. I went to reinstall the widget, and the old widget is no longer available. 😡 I liked that widget better than the new ones. I'm on an Android. Funny the old widget is still on my Android phone.

So so annoying. The whole point of developing widgets and apps is to help people, and taking those away with no warning ... 😡 is accurate.
