so I guess my weight last week was really lower already and I lost quite some water as well. otherwise I couldn't explain this drop.
anyhow, I'll take it! really happy. closing in to 25kg weight loss. calorie counting went well this week, actually better than I thought. I had prepared myself for appetite attacks after the diet break, but all was good. I just need to find some new recipes for food. it gets a bit boring.
