Dropped a lil more, the more important thing is I feel good and my blood pressure is normal. I also notice clothes that use to be really tight on me, I now need a belt to keep them up. I'm not in any rush. My goal is w/in 18 months to be at a healthy weight and maintain a healthy blood pressure and cholesterol. Have a great week FB buddies!
