Couldn't agree more. It's all about moderation. I did the keto thing, lost 30kg, and returned to normal eating and gained back 33kg in less than a year. I promised myself to rather find a sustainable eating plan. I'm done dieting.

Yea unfortunately with diet soon as you stop just comes back on. As you say all in moderation. I lost 20kg and learnt trick is you can walk 10 000 steps and go to gym everyday but the other 23 hours away from gym is what matters. I eat 5 meals a day and that also helps.
